shahi paneer is very delicious and simple to make recipe .
- Main ingredients:
2 50 grampanner
- 1/2 Yogurt(curd)
- 2 tbsp
- 10-12 cashews(kaju)
- spices powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder(dhania powder)
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder(haldi)
- 1/4 garam masala powder
- 1/4 shahi paneer masala powder
- salt and sugar as required
- Dry Spices
- 1 tej
- 2-3 cloves
- 3-4 green
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 tbsp jeera
HOW TO MAKE SHAHI PANEER
1] firstly take 2 onion, 3-4 tomato , cashews , garlic- ginger ,1 tej patta, 1-2 black cardamon, 1 inch dalchini
put kadai on a stove add 2 to 3 tablespoon oil or butter into it.
2] fry all the dry spicies ( tejpatta, green cardamon, black cardamon , dalchinni, jeera ) till they release their aroma in the oil
3] add chopped onion, tomato, ginger-garlic paste into it and saute till the oil starts to leave the paste. stop the gas and keep aside the gravy for rest till 5-10 minutes
4] after 10 minutes( when such paste release the heat) put all the tomato , onion paste into jar for grind.
5] along with that you need to make a paste of 10-15 cashwes to give richness to the gravy.
6] IN the same Kadai put 1 tablespoon oil and whole paste ( tomato-onion paste along with cashew paste) into the
7] add dry spices like coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam
8] now add the yogurt(dahi) into it , and stir further for 3-4 minutes till the gravy boils after add the salt and sugar( to balance the gravy)
9] stir well and simmer for alteast 10 minutes on a low flames.
10] add the cubed paneer . put fresh amul cream with the paneer.
11] simmer till the panner is cooked and garnish it with some fresh coriander leaves and enjoy your rich shahi paneer recipe with rice, naan ,
