- 250g mushroom
- 2 tsp
- 2 medium-sized onion ( roughly chopped)
- 4 medium-sized tomatoes (roughly chopped)
- 2-3 green chilli (sliced)
- ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tej patta
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp coriender powder
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
steps to make matar mushroom
1] cut the mushroom in a slices and rinse in hot water for 1-2 minute.
2] To make gravy take a pan add 2 tbsp oil.
3] Put roughly chopped onion into kadai and stir till light golden brown( it take atleast 2-3 minute). gas should be on medium flame.
4] put ginger-garlic paste and sliced green chilli and stir for another 1-2 minute.
5] now you need to add roughly chopped
6] once the gravy release its heat put such paste into a mixture jar for grind.
7] again take the same kadai put jeera(cumin seeds),1 tej patta and add masala ( which you grind) in a oil.
8] add 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Haldi powder and roast till oil left from gravy( it takes at least 10-12 minutes) on a low-medium flame. also, you may add 1/4 cup water for giving a nice consistency to the gravy.
9] Add 2 tsp dhania powder,
10] now put sliced mushroom and mix it well with the gravy.
11] if you find there is a need of water in a recipe then put 1/2 to 1 cup water and cover it, cook well for
