EASY STEPS TO MAKE GAJAR HALWA
2] on a low medium fame, bring the whole mixture to a boil and then simmer.
3] put sugar on it[aprrox 250gm in 2kg], stir well and continue to simmer.
4] once the water is evaporate add milk on it, keep on stirring in between.
5] when the milk will start to reduce and evaporate add khoya in it, cardaman powder, and some
