Dhabha style egg curry

MAIN INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 boiled egg
  • 2-3 medium-sized onion(finely chopped)
  • 3-4 tomatoes (grind them in a mixture jar)
  • ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 green chilli

dry spices

  • 1 tej patta
  • 2-3 green cardomom
  • 3-4 blackpepper
  • 2-3 laung
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds

powder spices

  • 1 tbsp deggi mirch powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder

steps to make egg curry recipe

1] boil egg in hot water, remove shell and prick them randomly with fork.

2] take a kadai put oil( use musturd oil if possible) and saute eggs till golden brown.

3] In same pan put all dry spices( mentioned above) and roast them.

4] Add finely chopped onion and stir till golden brown, it takes atleast 10 minutes on a medium flame.

5] Add ginger-garlic paste , turmuric powder then saute for a minute.

6] Now put tomato paste into a kadai , also sprinkle 1 tbsp salt above it so that tomato cooks well (you can add 1/2 Cup water if necessary) saute till oil separated from gravy( or at least for 10 minutes on a low-medium flame)

7] Add chilli powder, coriender powder, deggi lal mirch, cumin powder, salt(as required), garam masala powder and stir for 2 minutes.

8] put fried egg into kadai and cover and cook it for 5-10 minute on a low flame.

9] garnish your egg curry recipe with green coriender and enjoy it with roti or naan.
