- 2-3 medium size onion(fine chopped)
- 2 tomato(fine chopped)
- 2 chillis
- 1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste
- 2-3 cloves
- 3 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- i tsp roasted cumin powder
- 2 tsp deggi mirch
- 1 tsp
1] firstly marinate the chicken then cut it into a small size to cook faster
2] transfer all the chicken pices in a bowl and sprinkle 1 tsp sal, 1 tablespoon chilli powder, 1.5 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
3] mix it very well and let the chicken restin a cool place(in refrigerator for marinate) for 15-20 minutes.
4] now you need to make a paste for which you require 2-3 onions, 2-3 tomatoes, ginger, 2 chilli and chopped very finally
5] In dry spices you requires 2-3 black pepper( kali mirch), 2 elachi, 3-4 cloves( long) , cumin(jeera)
6] now take non-stick pan put refined oil ( you can also use ghee) into it and the gas should be on medium flame .
7] put all dry spicies( mentioned above ) in the heating oil and stir for at least 1-2 minutes and then you put finely chopped onion and stir till the onion is golden brown (gas should be on medium flame). put salt according to your taste while roasting the onion
8] add green chilli , ginger- garlic paste, turmeric powder and stir well for atleast 1-2 minute ,then add half cup water into it and simmer( you will find the colour of gravy is very intense just because of some water you put into it).
9] Add finely chopped tomatoes and stir till oil kept aside from gravy( you may add some water so that tomatoes roast well). so that your gravy remain smooth
